What is the minimum engagement?+

Revenue Intelligence ($3,500/month) plus at least one Capability. Most clients start between $5,500 and $9,000/month.

What is the contract length?+

All retainer engagements require a 6-month minimum commitment. After the initial term, engagements continue month-to-month. A 60-day written notice is required to cancel.

Do I have to start with the Revenue Diagnostic?+

It's strongly recommended. The Diagnostic is how we find where to focus. It makes every other decision faster and more precise. It's also credited toward your first month's engagement if you sign within 30 days.

Can I add capabilities after the engagement starts?+

Yes. Capabilities are added at any time with their own 6-month minimum from the add date.

How do you handle out-of-scope work?+

Out-of-scope and overage work is billed at $225/hour. AI consulting is billed at $550/hour with a 2-hour minimum. These rates are agreed on before any work begins.

Do you work with businesses outside the U.S.?+
